THE BIG LOCKDOWN!!!

This is an impromptu art fest for stir crazy artists and parents at the end of their tether!

It’s to be a fun event during this un-natural period of self-containment to keep artists occupied, entertained and maybe rewarded.

Adults Category

2nd place – Debbie Court £300

3rd place – Sandra Wintle £200

12-18’s Category 

1st place – Charlie Turner £150

Runners up – Alex Barry, Hallie-Rose Davies and Megan Newbold £50 each

Under 12’s Category

1st place – Nancy Topham £100

Runners up – Lilli Griffith, Martha Jones and Adam Rhys £35 each

Every entrant under 18 will also receive an amazon voucher for £20 to reward their hard work over the 4 week challenge.

WEEK 3(26TH APRIL – 2ND MAY) – “MY FAVOURITE PLACE”

WEEK 4(3RD MAY – 9TH MAY) – “LIFE AFTER LOCKDOWN”

YOU WILL HAVE UNTIL NEXT SATURDAY 9TH MAY 12.00 MIDNIGHT  TO COMPLETE YOUR ARTWORK IN WHAT EVER MEDIUM YOU WISH AND RETURN TO US A CLEAR IMAGE (max 2mb) TO THE EMAIL info@artchallengewales.co.uk.    

PLEASE NOTE, WEEK 4 IS THE LAST WEEK OF THE ART CHALLENGE LOCKDOWN COMPETITION.

The Rules

The basis of the competition is that it will run for several weeks during the lockdown, you will be required to submit an artwork each week.

Each week you will be given a new subject to paint/create in any medium of your choice and you will need to submit an image (max 2mb) of your work to info@artchallengewales.co.uk. The deadline for submissions of artwork will be Saturday Midnight each week.

Each work will be individually marked and your scores will be rolled up to make a final grand total to find the winners. You will be notified of your scores but you will need to be patient so that we get it right.

No-one will be knocked out in the early rounds so there will be plenty of time to catch up making it all inclusive until the end.
